This project adopts an ultrafiltration membrane system for continuous clarification treatment of fruit and vegetable juice. With a filtration precision ranging from 0.01 μm to 0.1 μm, the system effectively intercepts macromolecular and semi-soluble impurities including plant fibers, pectin, microorganisms and bacteria existing in raw juice.

The membrane separation technology achieves physical clarification without excessive thermal damage to raw materials. The system delivers a bacteria removal rate of over 99%. It greatly shortens the required duration of subsequent high-temperature sterilization, protects natural flavor and active ingredients of fruit and vegetable juice, and stabilizes final product quality.
