This Coffee Powder Turnkey Production Line is a fully integrated solution independently developed by BluewavBio based on advanced membrane filtration, low‑temperature concentration and drying technologies. It is specially designed for the production of high‑quality instant coffee powder, ground coffee powder and concentrated coffee liquid. The whole line realizes continuous, automated and closed‑loop production from raw coffee beans to finished powder, effectively retaining coffee aroma, soluble solids and active ingredients, with high clarity, good solubility, stable quality and low energy consumption.
It integrates raw material processing, extraction, centrifugal separation, membrane clarification, impurity removal, low‑temperature concentration, sterilization, drying (spray / freeze), filling and packaging. All material‑contact parts are food‑grade 316L stainless steel, compliant with GMP, FDA and food safety standards. The line supports customized capacity from small pilot scale to large industrial production.
