Process Introduction

(1) The concentrated solution after ceramic membrane separation is treated by plate-and-frame pressure filtration. The filter cake consisting of thallus and culture medium residues can be used as feed materials.
(2) The low-pressure membrane concentration system increases the concentration of glucosamine hydrochloride to 50g/L.
(3) The medium-pressure membrane concentration system increases the concentration of glucosamine hydrochloride to more than 100g/L.
(4) The permeate generated from the two-stage concentration process can be recycled to the previous extraction process, with the glucosamine content in the permeate lower than 0.2g/L.
(5) The MVR system consumes far less energy than traditional thermal concentration. It adopts a steam compressor to compress steam, improve steam utilization rate and greatly save steam consumption.
